The Hampshire Premier League are pleased to invite applications for new and existing clubs for the 2023/24 season.

Clubs should complete the below online form and submit - alongside the relevant fees - no later than April 30, 2023. Information on fees can also be found within the form.

APPLICATION & RENEWAL FORM - 2023/24

New clubs should note they must finish in the top two of their respective feeder League, and meet the necessary ground grading criteria.

GROUND GRADING REQUIREMENTS

The HPFL's recommended constitution for 2023/24 will be announced at the AGM, on Sunday, June 11 at Winchester City FC (time TBC)
