Again, a couple of cup games scheduled and a pretty full set of league games, weather permitting. The cup sees the first of the Hampshire Saturday Trophy quarter-finals contested by our teams, an all-Senior Division clash as Crofton Saints host Whitehill & Bordon at the AEI. Note the early kick off as Fareham are using the ground later! There is also an all-Senior Division matchup in the North Hants Intermediate Cup, Hook hosting Broughton. In the Senior Division, leaders Locks Heath are in action at Liss Athletic, who ended their poor run last Saturday and remain in seventh place. With Crofton in cup action, both AFC Shirley and Moneyfields Reserves have a chance to overtake them and reach second spot. Shirley are at home to fourth-bottom Meon Milton and Moneys Res travel to Bishops Waltham Dynamos. Both Denmead and Hedge End Rangers will be looking to challenge the top five with a win; Denmead host Southsea Sports, who had a good win last weekend, and Hedge End Rangers travel to bottom club Andover Town. There is also a bottom-three clash as Liphook United play Stockbridge. In Division One, Overton United opened up a three-point lead at the top last weekend and now face Headley United, who were buoyed by a couple of wins against Paulsgrove in successive Saturdays. AFC Netley, in second, have a tough trip to fifth-placed Silchester Village. Hedge End Town went into third last Saturday and this time are at home to Sway, whose good run was halted in a close game at Overton last weekend. BTC Southampton, in fourth, are at home to Hayling United, who are now in the bottom five after five straight losses in league and cup. Further down the league, bottom club Paulsgrove host Nursling & Shirley, who are now down to mid-table (with games in hand) having lost their last three games. Mob Albion are now just above the Grove and have a tricky game at Rushmoor Community. Twentyten are third from last and travel to in-form Whiteley Wanderers, now seventh after five wins in their last six.

Again a weekend of some important cup games and a fair number of league games scheduled. However, there are a lot of wet pitches around. The Hampshire Saturday Trophy sees yet another attempt to play the match between Folland Sports 'A' and Andover Town. The uhlsport League Cup has a big game as Crofton Saints, second in the Senior Division, host AFC Netley, second in Division One. The George Mason Memorial Trophy sees an all-Division One clash, as third-placed BTC Southampton are at home to Twentyten. In the Senior Division leaders Locks Heath have a tricky trip to Denmead, who sit in seventh. AFC Shirley could go second if they win at Southsea Sports. Moneyfields Reserves could go fourth if they continue their excellent run; they entertain Whitehill & Bordon at the JJ. With bottom club Andover Town in cup action, the three teams just above them could widen the gap further with good results this weekend, and all three are separated by just one point. They all play sides who are in mid-table: second-bottom Liphook United are at Bishops Waltham Dynamos, Stockbridge travel to Broughton, and Meon Milton are at home to Liss Athletic. In Division One, leaders Overton United could go clear at the top with a result at home to Sway, who are in good form, having moved into sixth by winning four out of five. Fourth play fifth at the NormRod with Hedge End Town hosting Silchester Village, the winner will go third. Lower down the table, the bottom two meet again with this time Headley United the home team this time against last-placed Paulsgrove, having won 3-1 there last weekend. Just above them, Mob Albion have a difficult task against Whiteley Wanderers, who have won four out of their last five. Hayling United have lost their last four league games and have a trip to Nursling & Shirley, who have only played three times since the end of November and lost them all.

Just the rain to contend with this time as we have a mixture of cup and league games scheduled. In the Senior Division, the top two will be looking to get back on track after losing last week. Leaders Crofton Saints have a big game as they travel to third-placed AFC Shirley, only a point behind with a game in hand. Second-placed Locks Heath, after their superb midweek win at US Portsmouth, are at home to Stockbridge, who have moved out of the bottom two after successive wins. Hook, in fourth, travel to Sholing to play Hedge End Rangers, who are in decent form and are looking to challenge for a top 5 place. Two teams currently in the bottom five, but with games in hand, have home games against teams above them: Meon Milton play Broughton, and Southsea Sports play sixth-placed Denmead. Liss Athletic, still in seventh, will be looking to end a poor run as they host Bishops Waltham Dynamos. Division One saw the top two draw last weekend; they are in action again this time, leaders Overton United are at Nursling & Shirley, and AFC Netley are at home to Mob Albion, who have just had five consecutive home defeats in the league. Hedge End Town have moved into third and face a trip to improving Sway, who have moved into sixth on the back for four wins in five. BTC, in fifth, have games in hand on those above them and have a tricky game at Rushmoor Community. Further down the table there are two matches involving teams in the bottom six; bottom club Paulsgrove entertain Headley United, who haven't played a league game since the end of November, and Whiteley Wanderers, three wins in the last four, play out-of-form Hayling United. The outstanding Hampshire Saturday Trophy game between Andover Town and Follands 'A' from the Southampton League has now been reversed to Follands. We have a local derby in the Aldershot Intermediate Cup as Liphook United host Whitehill & Bordon. There are also two ties in the North Hampshire Intermediate Cup as Twentyten host Amesbury Town Res, and Silchester Village host Bramley United U23.
