A full programme of league games is scheduled for the coming weekend. Let's see what the weather holds.... as ever, check Full Time for any late changes. In the Senior Division, leaders Locks Heath, now four points clear, host second-bottom Liphook United. Behind them are three teams allon the same number of points. Crofton Saints travel to bottom-five side Southsea Sports, Hook host Denmead, still on the fringes of the top five, and Hedge End Rangers are at home to Broughton, a team in decent form. AFC Shirley, who are now fifth, play Whitehill & Bordon, who drew at Crofton last weekend. At the other end of the table bottom club Andover Town travel to Liss Athletic, who have only won one of their last eight league games; Stockbridge are third from last and host Moneyfields Res, whose good run was ended by Locks Heath last time out, but are still in sixth, and Meon Milton, who haven't won a league game in twelve attempts, host Bishops Waltham Dynamos, a team they lost 0-1 to at Mountbatten last week. In Division One Overton United have opened up a six point lead at the top and this Saturday host second-bottom Mob Albion, a team they beat 6-2 last weekend. AFC Netley, with two games in hand on the leaders, are at third-last Twentyten. It's third v fourth at BTC as the home side, no goals conceded in five games, play Hedge End Town, who have won their last four. Looking to challenge them all are Silchester Village, who play at Hayling United, who won their first game in a while last weekend. Bottom club Paulsgrove host Whiteley Wanderers, who are still on a rich vein of form in sixth place. Nursling & Shirley have games in hand on the top five and travel to Headley United, who lost at Hayling last week after three wins in a row. Two teams looking to keep away from the bottom five are Rushmoor Community and Sway, who meet this Saturday.

Again, weather permitting, we have one cup game and a pretty full set of league fixtures scheduled. The cup game is the Hampshire Saturday Trophy quarter-final between AFC Shirley and Surrey Intermediate team Hart United, which was postponed last Saturday. There is a big match in the Senior Division at the JJ as Moneyfields Res, who have risen to fourth after a great recent run, host leaders Locks Heath. Second-placed Crofton Saints host Whitehill and Bordon, who had a good derby win last weekend, but who lost 3-0 to Crofton in the Hants Saturday Trophy a couple of weeks ago. FIXTURES Hook and Hedge End Rangers are now level in fifth; Hook host Liss Athletic, who are still seventh, but have only won one of their last nine games. Hedge End Rangers travel to second-last Liphook United. Further down the league, bottom club Andover Town will look to play their first league game this year as they host Denmead. Fourth-bottom Meon Milton, winless in their last six league games, travel to the Mountbatten to face Bishops Waltham Dynamos, and Southsea Sports will look to remain clear of the bottom four, but they have a tough task at Broughton, who are in decent form. TABLES In Division 1 the top two both won last weekend and both face teams in the bottom two this time out; leaders Overton United are at Mob Albion, and AFC Netley host Paulsgrove. BTC Southampton had a big win last week and host Sway, who have lost their last two after their big revival, taking them to mid-table. BTC haven't conceded in five games. Hedge End Town are in fourth and face a difficult game at Nursling & Shirley, who, with games in hand, are still in touch with the top 5. Fifth-placed Silchester Village are at home to third-bottom Twentyten. Headley United are now up to fifth from last after three wins on the spin and travel to Hayling United, whose poor run continued last weekend in a close game with Overton. Whiteley's great run came to an end in an exciting defeat at Headley last weekend and this time out they host Rushmoor Community, whose second visit to Oasis Mayfield in consecutive weeks (against different opposition) this will be.

With little end in prospect to the dreadful weather, which allowed only four games involving our teams last weekend, we hope for better luck this time. If all goes well, then we have one cup game, pius an almost full league programme to look forward to. The cup game is the other Hampshire Saturday Trophy involving our teams, which sees AFC Shirley host Surrey Intermediate (Western) club Hart United, who were reinstated in the competition at the expense of Hedge End Rangers. The Senior Division sees leaders Locks Heath with a home game against Southsea Sports, who had a good win over Shirley last time out. Two points behind Locks are Crofton Saints, semi-finalists in the Hampshire Saturday Trophy again, who face a tricky trip to Broughton, who are on a run of four unbeaten in league and cup. FIXTURES Hook, in fifth, can threaten the top two if they win at home to third-bottom Stockbridge. Behind them, three points separate the next five clubs. Four of those play each other; at Sholing, in-form Hedge End Rangers host Denmead, who have been inconsistent of late, and at the Daly, Whitehill & Bordon are at home to Liss Athletic. Further down the table, there is a bottom-four clash as last-placed Andover Town host Meon Milton, neither team in great form. Liphook United are second bottom and travel to mid-table Bishops Waltham Dynamos. TABLES In Division One, Overton United opened up a three-point lead at the top due last weekend, as they won and AFC Netley were in the cup, and this time out they have a trip to Hayling United, who are now in the bottom five, albeit with games on hand on some of those above. Netley host Rushmoor Community, who have lost their last three. It's third versus fifth as Hedge End Town travel to Silchester Village. BTC Southampton are in fourth, with games in hand and four clean sheets in a row, and they travel to last-placed Paulsgrove this Saturday. Whiteley Wanderers, a team in form, who have now risen to sixth after scoring eight last Saturday, travel to Headley United, who are also on the rise after doing the double over Paulsgrove recently. Nursling & Shirley also have games in hand and will be looking to catch up on the top six with a win at home to Mob Albion, whose poor run continues, although they ran Whiteley close last time out. Twentyten will be looking to get back to form after conceding thirteen in their last two games, this time they host Sway, who are mid-table after a good recent run.
