WEEKEND PREVIEW - APRIL 9
The battle for positions at the top of the Senior Division continues this weekend.
With leaders Denmead having completed their fixtures, a win for second-placed Moneyfields Res (pictured) at Sway would put them only a point behind, with two games still to play.
Match of the day, however, has to be fifth-placed Colden Common, who if they win all their remaining games can still win the league, at home to third-placed Fleetlands, who need to keep winning to become the league's top club with regard to promotion.
Lower down the table, Overton United host Liss Athletic in both teams' last fixture of the season. Overton secured their Senior Division status with a 3-0 midweek victory against Sway, and Liss will do likewise in claiming all three points on Saturday.
They may however not need them - also avoiding a bottom-two berth should Chamberlayne fail to win at Locks Heath - themselves chasing a strong finish to go alongside their League Cup final appearance.
Stockbridge - also in the promotion picture - have a tricky game at Paulsgrove; while Winchester Castle host bottom club Lyndhurst, who gained a creditable draw with Clanfield last time out.
Some important games in the L4 Challenge Cup quarter-finals, notably the second leg of the Harvest v Whitehill and Bordon tie - the Division One South East team leading 3-2. It's also the first leg of Hook v Broughton, and an all-Division One South East meeting between Upham and Clarendon.
Finally, Meon Milton continue to claw-back their games in hand in Division One South East, hosting Michelmersh and Timsbury.
