WEEKEND PREVIEW - APRIL 23

Paul Harris • Apr 22, 2022

In the Senior Division - and for the second week running - Locks Heath can destroy the title chances of an opposing team.

Having beaten Moneyfields Res last weekend, Locks now face Colden Common at the Rec, and a win for the home team would put Common out of the race and give Denmead the title. A draw would mean Common would need to win their remaining two games by a hatful to pip the Mead at the post.

TABLES

Fleetlands and Stockbridge, the two teams who have passed the ground grading for promotion, are both in action at home this weekend, the Coptermen facing cup finalists, Sway - knowing a win will almost certainly see them finish ahead of the Robins, who face Liphook United.

FIXTURES

The two L4 Challenge Cup semi-finals are also being held, both Division One North versus South ties, as Hook host Upham and Andover New Street Swifts have a mouth watering tie at home to Harvest.

L4 SUPPLEMENTARY CUP - DRAW

Meon Milton are in action again in the Division One South East, and could climb to fifth with victory at Clarendon.
