WEEKEND PREVIEW - 29 NOVEMBER

28 November 2025

Like last weekend, we have one League Cup match and otherwise a pretty full set of league fixtures.

The cup match is between holders Crofton Saints, new leaders of the Senior Division, and fourth-placed Locks Heath, at Crofton's new home in Gosport. This will be Locks' sixth away game on the spin.

In the Senior Division, the only team in the top four who are playing are AFC Shirley, who are at home to Southsea Sports. The teams just below them have some tricky away trips.

Liss Athletic, in fifth, with one win in seven league and cup games, travel to Bishops Waltham Dynamos;  Hedge End Rangers, in decent form. travel to Broughton; and Denmead, winless in five, travel to Meon Milton.

At the other end of the table, bottom-placed Andover Town hope to continue their improved form with a home game against Moneyfields Res, and third bottom Liphook United are at mid-table Whitehill & Bordon.

In Division One, leaders Overton United hope to notch their eleventh win in eleven games at home to Mob Albion, closest challengers AFC Netley host Headley United, who moved off the bottom last weekend.

Silchester Village are now third and they have a tricky game at Rushmoor Community this time out. Sixth play fourth as BTC Southampton host Nursling & Shirley.

After last Saturday's defeat to BTC, Hedge End Town, in fifth, will be looking to get back on track as they travel to Whiteley Wanderers, who celebrated their first win in a while last weekend.

That win was over Sway, who host Twentyten in a bottom five clash. Last-placed Paulsgrove are at home to Hayling United, who suffered their first league defeat in five last Saturday.
