WEEKEND PREVIEW - MARCH 18

Mar 16, 2023

It's another important weekend of League action in both of our Divisions...

In the Senior Division, leaders Colden Common have another tricky home game, this time against Denmead.

FIXTURES - COMING-UP

The four teams below them all have away games, none of them easy. League Cup finalists Locks Heath are at Harvest, Andover New Street Swifts travel to Liss Athletic, Clanfield go to Whitehill & Bordon, and Stockbridge are at Paulsgrove.

The bottom two play at teams who are just above the bottom four, so will be looking for some points - QK Southampton go to Liphook United (pictured), and Overton United go to Sway.

Fourth-bottom Moneyfields Reserves will be looking to build on their recent improvement as they travel to Winchester Castle.

LEAGUE TABLES

Probably the HPFL match of the day is the Division One clash between the top two, as leaders Infinity travel to Hook. Both teams are eleven points ahead of the field.

It's also third against fourth at The Norman Rodaway, as Hedge End Town host Twentyten.

Below them, Headley United face a difficult trip to AFC Netley. With games in hand, Upham are very much in the mix for a top three place, and they are at home to second-bottom Lyndhurst.

Meon Milton also have games in hand, and they play Broughton. Bottom club Michelmersh & Timsbury are at fourth-bottom Whiteley Wanderers.
